    IMPORTANT: Protest Filing Deadline

    To ensure we have enough time to properly prepare and organize all protests before submission, Junek Consulting is no longer able to file new protests on behalf of property owners after May 13th.

    You may still sign up with our office, but you will need to file your protest directly with your appraisal district before your county’s official deadline.

    Once you complete your signup, we will email you the required engagement forms along with instructions for transferring your protest authority to our office. After those forms are completed, our team will step in to handle the protest process moving forward, including review, analysis, and negotiations with the appraisal district.
